| Though it is true that some Pacific salmon runs can be effectively fished with a length of Glo-Bug yarn tied to a fly hook, many fish are becoming selective with their feeding. It's also a sad fact that many of the once great salmon runs on the West Coast of BC, Oregon, Washington, and even Alaska, have been steadily declining. With less fish in the water is important to have a good selection of salmon flies to suite the conditions and species you are after. Tube flies are particularly effective for spawning salmon, they allow you to have a larger profile fly as well as change the size of hook to accommodate the species you are targeting. In fact we have often used the same tube fly on the same day....all we needed to do was switch the size #2 hook with a #2/0. |

| Please note that because of overwhelming order volumes, and a shortage of local, quality tiers, we are TEMPORARILY not accepting new tube fly orders. All items located in our fly tying section can be ordered and will be sent out next business day. |
