We've developed this Jumbo Tapered Needle in response to so many requests to hold larger diameter tubes usually used for pike and muskie tubes as well as large saltwater patterns.
The end that clamps into the jaws of almost any vise is a flat section less than 2 mm thick. If your current vise can hold a size 1 or 2 hook, it will work with the Jumbo!
The taper on these needles will hold any tube that has an inside diameter between 2mm all the way up to 10mm! A perfect match for Extra Large Scandinavian tube patterns.
